MY PBA 2015 Draft Wish: Troy Rosario to an MVP-controlled Team

It has been rumored that PBA team owners are unwilling to loan several players for Gilas 3.0 specially the ones with expiring contracts. Rumor is spreading that this is because of the attempts of the MVP-affiliated teams to lure the loaned players in the past to their fold. Not unknown to most Gilas fans, Manny V. Pangilinan (MVP) is the national team's biggest benefactor.

The PBA Draft is coming on August 23, 2015. The Talk N'Text Tropang Texters, MVP's flagship team in the pros will most likely pick first and the consensus top pick is 6-7 Fil-Tongan big man Moala Tautuaa. Scribes also expect 6-7 Isabela native Troy Rosario to get tabbed with the second pick which most likely belongs to the Manny Pacquiao-coached Mahindra Enforcers.

I have a personal wish though that Troy Rosario gets picked by an MVP-owned team either by Talk N'Text surprisingly picking him at number one or via a trade that will land an MVP team Mahindra's second overall pick in the 2015 draft.

The reason I want Troy Rosario to land in an MVP-owned team is simple: I want him to be part of Gilas 3.0 and I don't want any unnecessary hitches that may come along with needing to loan his services from the team that picked him, specially if he lands in an SMC-controlled team.
